KUSIM

Naval Ship Control Simulator (KUSİM) has been developed to carry out navigational and maneuvering exercises risk-free in all kinds of geographical, sea and meteorological conditions that ship personnel may encounter in real life.

KUSIM

It covers hundreds of possible scenarios for all possible geographic, weather and sea conditions. It is aimed to be prepared for these extraordinary events without taking risks by adding to the emergency situations that the personnel may encounter in real life.

Naval Ship Control Simulator (KUSİM)

Naval Ship Control Simulator (KUSİM) has been developed to carry out navigational and maneuvering exercises risk-free in all kinds of geographical, sea and meteorological conditions that ship personnel may encounter in real life. It was developed in accordance with the contract with the Turkish Naval Forces and is still actively used.

It covers hundreds of possible scenarios for all possible geographic, weather and sea conditions. It is aimed to be prepared for these extraordinary events without taking risks by adding to the emergency situations that the personnel may encounter in real life.

Key  Features;

  • 16 ship modeling with hydrodynamic modeling
  • Port models (35 pieces)
  • More than 300 target ships
  • Radar simulation
  • Communication simulation
  • EDCIS Map simulation
  • High fidelity / High resolution
  • Electromechanical throttle and rudder
  • Real and virtual bridge instruments

In the naval ship control simulator project, 15 military and civil ports, 30' close working areas are modeled in detail up to 1 meter. Simulators can be developed in accordance with geographical and climatic conditions. For example, many parameters such as current, wave, passage density, passage rules, environmental elements and passage characteristics of a strait passage according to the seasons are designed in accordance with the reality and contribute to the most accurate training of the personnel.
